Rakesh Kaul (CEO & Managing Director)

A seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in driving transformative projects across residential, commercial, leisure, retail, and student housing sectors. As the MD & CEO of Ralith Realty Pvt Ltd, he brings strategic vision, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to leadership along with a wealth of experience in real estate development.

Rakesh has held pivotal leadership roles in some of India’s most prominent real estate companies, establishing a reputation for innovation, execution, and stakeholder collaboration.

As Chief Executive of Partnership Business at L&T Realty, Rakesh lead high-impact projects, leveraging his expertise in opportunity identification, project feasibility, and execution. He drove strategic growth, through project acquisitions across Mumbai, Bangalore and NCR.

As CEO & Managing Director, Experion Developers Pvt Ltd, 100% FDI Developer, he spearheaded Experion’s growth, through landmark projects such as The Windchants, The Heartsong, The Westerlies, and Milestone Experion Centre in Gurgaon, as well as Experion Capital in Lucknow. Rakesh spearheaded Experion’s pioneering foray into Student Housing .

His leadership at 2,500-acre mega township project for Ansal API in the National Capital Region showcased his ability to manage large-scale, mixed-use developments involving urban planning, sustainability and smart city parameters for a range of asset classes including the institutional components.

Apart from development, he also has been involved in capital market transactions at SUN Group.
Rakesh is well known for introducing markets disruptions in product design and sales strategy.

Vikas Goel(Founding Director)

Vikas is a management graduate and a first generation entrepreneur. His investments are spread across various businesses and includes industrial gas, textiles, solar led lighting and real estate. His experience of 32 years in various fields brings versatility and innovation in his approach to business.

Vikas forayed into real estate by launching Emperium Realty Pvt Ltd about a decade back and has successfully executed high rise group housing and township projects in the NCR region. These projects were sold out in record time and delivered before time. Vikas has hands-on experience in land acquisition, approvals and channel management apart from project management/coordination and compliances.

Vinod Kumar Tiku

Mr. Vinod Kumar Tiku is a Civil Engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, Haryana (now NIT Kurukshetra), from the 1971 batch. He has over 48 years of extensive experience in construction management and real estate development. He worked in the public sector for about 14 years before joining the private sector, where he has been instrumental in developing several landmark projects in the NCR and adjoining states. In recognition of his contributions to housing and urban development in the state of Uttar Pradesh, he was conferred the title of “UP RATAN” by the All India Conference of Intellectuals in 2013.

Mr. Tiku has the distinction of having spearheaded large-scale master-planned developments, some spanning more than 3,000 hectares in the states of Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. His achievements also include high-rise office buildings and condominiums in and around Connaught Place, Delhi, as well as shopping malls and five-star commercial spaces spread across various regions. He served as Executive Director for Ansal API Group, overseeing various geographies during his 25-year tenure with the group.

Hirdesh Bedi

Mr. Hirdesh Bedi is a Civil Engineer and Town Planner by profession, with around 35 years of experience in town planning and real estate in Delhi and Haryana. During his tenure at the Delhi Development Authority, he contributed to the preparation of the Master Plan for Delhi – 2021. He joined the private sector in 2007 and has since been deeply involved in real estate planning, development, and project coordination for various real estate projects in Haryana. His experience spans leading real estate developers in the NCR, including Ansal API, Experion, M3M, Elan, India Bulls, Reach, and Ashiana Group, to name just a few. Mr. Bedi is also highly experienced in RERA registration and compliance. With his extensive experience and holistic exposure to all aspects of real estate, he also serves as an advisor to leading real estate developers in the NCR region.
